Mistral launches Vibe, an AI agent for long-running work tasks and coding with new Work Mode and Code Mode capabilities.
Mistral has rebranded Le Chat to Vibe, an AI agent designed for complex multi-step work and coding tasks. Vibe's Work Mode handles enterprise knowledge search, data analysis, document synthesis, and multi-step task scheduling across connected tools like Google Workspace, Outlook, and Slack.
Code Mode enables remote coding agents accessible via web, VS Code extension, and CLI, allowing the agent to build features, fix bugs, and ship pull requests. The agent runs on Mistral's flagship reasoning models and is available in free, Pro ($14.99/month), Team ($24.99/user/month), and Enterprise tiers.
