Increasing gender diversity and encouraging women into the tech sector has been a topic in the news for many years, yet women still remain largely under-represented in IT and tech-focused roles.
Gender parity is not recovering, according to the Global Gender Gap Report 2022. It will take another 132 years to close the global gender gap. The data is staggering and calls for action. At Fortinet, we are committed to diversifying cybersecurity talent by building an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workforce within our organization and across the industry, with the goal to train 1 million people by 2026 across a wide and diverse audience through the Fortinet Training Institute's programs.
