Lenovo Recognized As Best Employer For Diversity By Forbes

Lenovo was recently recognized as one of America's Best Employers for Diversity 2023 by Forbes in partnership with Statista.
This recognition is based on surveys from approximately 45,000 U.S. employees working for companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees. The evaluation was determined on the criteria of direct recommendations, indirect recommendations, and research on the company's key performance indicators.
In addition to this recognition, Lenovo was included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index in 2023, as well as being recognized as a best employer for disability inclusion, and has received a 100% ranking as a best employer for LGBTQ workplace equality for five consecutive years.
