Everywhere you look, the term 'Generative AI' is being talked about as the Next Big Thing.
'Generative AI' is often associated with 'ChatGPT' for near-sentient chatbots, and 'Dall-E' or 'StableDiffusion' for breathtaking images. But what is Generative AI? How is it different from regular AI? And how are people actually using it in practice?
Most people are familiar with regular AI concepts - whether we think of facial recognition on our phones, shopping recommendations, or autonomous driving, or tracking defects on a manufacturing line.
