Global Telco AI Alliance Formed To Enhance Customer Experience With AI Technology

SK Telecom, Deutsche Telekom, e& and Singtel have joined forces to establish the Global Telco AI Alliance. The aim of this alliance is to leverage AI technology to create new and improved customer experiences in the telecommunications industry.
The four companies have committed to collaboratively accelerate the implementation of AI in their existing telco businesses and develop new AI-powered business models. To formalize their partnership, they have signed a Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the AI field.
Under the alliance, the telcos will work together to develop the Telco AI Platform. This platform will serve as the foundation for new AI services, including enhancements to existing telco services, digital assistants, and super apps offering a wide range of services.
