You may recognize the title of this article as a homage to a famous line from the popular sci-fi series, Star Trek: 'It's life, Jim, but not as we know it.' But did you know that even this oft-quoted phrase from Mr. Spock is itself a misquote? It comes from a 1987 pop hit called Star Trekkin ' by British novelty band.
