Fort Lauderdale Woman's Club
There are 38 states and the District of Columbia which allow the medical use of cannabis products. It is a $33 billion dollar industry that is restricted from advertising.
Hemp is legal in 50 states. In its 2023 National Hemp Report released in April, the USDA valued total hemp production in 2022 at $238 million. Yet, CBD/HEMP products are still restricted from advertising.
South Florida is one of the biggest markets for medical spas. There are numerous restrictions on how to advertise legal non-invasive procedures such as botox, weight loss (semaglutide - hot topic), TRT/HRT and more.
