According to ITPro Today's annual salary survey of IT professionals in the U.S., work/life balance has taken the top spot as the most important factor for job satisfaction.
The emphasis on work/life balance suggests that employees are increasingly prioritizing their overall well-being and personal obligations while maintaining professional commitments.
