The National Cybersecurity Strategy One Year Later

A little over a year ago, the Biden-Harris administration released the the National Cybersecurity Strategy as part of the United States federal government's continuing efforts to bolster and prioritize cybersecurity.
Because many of the ~65 initiatives identified in the strategy's implementation plan were directed at the federal government, it's not possible to directly measure progress on some aspects of it, but for those aspects with externally facing deadlines or deliverables, progress on the whole has been encouraging. And while creating a comprehensive and detailed scorecard may not be feasible, it's clear that multiple agencies and the White House have put a sharp focus on the implementation of secure-by-design principles as a key to enabling cyber resilience.
