One of the biggest challenges in building an AI infrastructure is how to connect tens of thousands of servers across multiple data centers to create a network large enough to run AI workloads. At the same time, we need to create a network inside each of those servers.
The scale of this interconnection and the role PCIe switches will play are critical. Broadcom strongly believes PCIe technology will help enable and accelerate the creation of an AI infrastructure.
