With the successful go-live of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (Lovell FHCC) in Chicago, Oracle's modern electronic health records (EHR) are now operational at all Department of Defense (DoD) garrison facilities around the globe. Today, the Federal EHR system, known as MHS GENESIS, supports 3,890 locations with over 197,200 end-users serving more than 9.5 million beneficiaries spanning the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. Executed in collaboration with the Leidos Partnership for Defense Health, this roll-out marks the world's largest EHR system implementation. The Lovell FHCC site also represents the first joint DoD and Veterans Affairs site to go-live at the same time.
