I've had the chance to work with many leaders throughout the three decades I've spent at Hewlett-Packard Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. While it's good to have diverse opinions and problem-solving skills, I believe a key factor of success in any leader is the ability to see opportunity and seize it. That is never more true than when a leader is working with partners who span all routes to market and operate around the world.
