Today we share how Dell Telargechnologies recently collaborated with SK Telecom and other partners, including Matrixx and Compax, to develop our TM Forum's Moonshot Catalyst project - 'AI chat agent: The game changer for telecoms.' The project aims to enhance telecom business operations, drive revenue growth and proactively mitigate churn, setting a moonshot vision for AI Supporting the Business of Telecoms.
