World Economic Forum AI And Cyber Initiative Publishes Guidance On Mitigating AI Risks

As we collectively examine and adopt AI tools professionally and personally, the classic paradox of technology becomes increasingly apparent.
There are undoubtedly many benefits of businesses embracing AI, like boosting productivity, accelerating innovation, automating workflows, and enhancing customer experiences, to name a few, yet there are less-than-ideal implications and unintended consequences that we can't ignore, particularly those that relate to managing the complex cyber risks associated with AI.
However, data suggests that most organizations believe the benefits of AI outweigh the challenges: 72% of organizations worldwide currently use AI to improve operations. AI is also becoming more widespread within enterprises: 50% of respondents from those organizations indicate that they've adopted AI in two or more areas of the business.
