Google Unified Security brings together threat detection, AI-powered security, secure browser features, and Mandiant services, the company said at its Cloud Next conference.
Google is converging its major security products into Google Unified Security, the company announced Wednesday at its Cloud Next conference in Las Vegas.
The offering brings together Google's threat detection, AI-powered security tools, threat readiness, the secure Chrome browser interface, and Mandiant services into one product, said Sandra Joyce, vice president of Google Threat Intelligence, during a speech at Cloud Next.
The goal of the cohesive offering is to help customers protect their applications and data in Google Cloud, said Payal Chakravarty, director of product management at Google Cloud.
