Future of Storage for HPC and AI: Final Observations

In the fifth and final piece of this series on the future of storage for AI and HPC, we'll attempt to summarize the information we have covered over the past month, draw some conclusions around the analysis, and lay out a path for one possible future.
In our first story 'The Future of Storage for HPC and AI,' we laid out the current state of the storage market and painted some broad goals lines on the ground for where we wanted to go. The second story, 'The Future of Storage: HPC and AI Storage by the Numbers,' was dedicated to looking at the size of the market share, its projected growth, and market share of file systems and storage providers.
