Executive Threat Intelligence: How OSINT Protects High-Profile Leaders from Targeted Attacks
High-profile leaders face risks that often start online and can lead to real-world consequences. Personal information exposed across public sources can be used for harassment, impersonation, targeted campaigns, or reconnaissance. Traditional physical security does not address the digital activity that often informs adversary behavior. Without visibility into that early activity, security teams operate with an incomplete picture of risk.
Open-source intelligence, or OSINT, provides the earliest indicators of these risks. It highlights exposure, reveals patterns of interest directed at an executive, and guides timely decisions before behavior escalates.
