Many in the AI space are aware of AI hallucinations -- an AI system's tendency to give confident, yet incorrect, answers. But who knows another leading cause of model inaccuracy -- AI bias -- and what to do about it?
As AI's usability increases across domains and use cases, concerns about inaccurate outputs and actions are high. A 2025 report from the Pew Research Center found that 55% of both U.S. adults and AI experts are highly concerned about AI making biased decisions. The same study found that 66% of adults and 70% of AI experts are highly concerned about AI providing inaccurate information.
