Enterprises are positioning AI as a primary lever for value creation in response to emerging trends, aiming to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, productivity gains and scalable operating leverage. Yet, despite considerable investment, many organizations still struggle to translate their Board's and CEO's ambitions into verifiable financial outcomes for the CFO, because value is created through disciplined execution embedded in the enterprise operating fabric.
