A new Denodo AI Trust Gap Report reveals that agentic AI faces a critical trust crisis, with 63% of organizations identifying data identification and preparation as significant barriers to AI deployment.
The research, conducted globally by Arlington Research, highlights that 67% of organizations struggle with AI data security and access controls, while 66% of respondents demand near real-time data access for trustworthiness. Over 40% of organizations pull from more than 400 data sources, and nearly 60% report difficulty optimizing performance for large-scale AI workloads.
To scale agentic AI successfully, businesses must move beyond static data silos and adopt live, governed, and contextually relevant information foundations.
