The platform connects data, context, and actions across hybrid IT environments through a shared operational layer, featuring modular capabilities including Concert Observe for visibility, Concert Optimize for performance management, Concert Operate for incident response, Concert Protect for security, Concert Resilience for reliability, and Concert Workflows for automation.
Concert platform uses agentic workflows to correlate signals across systems, identify root causes, recommend actions, and execute remediations while maintaining human oversight and control. The platform is designed for hybrid environments and can be adopted incrementally, integrating with existing tools rather than replacing them.
