The platform addresses three foundational questions: where agents are located, what they can connect to, and what they can do, providing discovery, registration, and least-privileged access controls.

By building security in tandem with customers, Okta shifted to monthly launches instead of quarterly releases to keep pace with AI innovation and evolving threats.
