Anthropic launches Claude for Small Business, integrating AI into QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, and other tools.
Anthropic announced Claude for Small Business, a package of connectors and ready-to-run workflows designed to help small business owners leverage AI through tools they already use, including Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
The offering includes 15 agentic workflows and 15 skills covering finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service tasks such as payroll planning, monthly financial closing, invoice chasing, and campaign management.
Emphasizing trust and data security, Claude for Small Business requires user approval for all actions, respects existing permissions, and does not train on user data by default on Team and Enterprise plans.
Anthropic is also launching AI Fluency for Small Business, a free online course in partnership with PayPal, and a touring roadshow starting in Chicago to provide hands-on training and support to local small business leaders.
