SAP introduced its vision for the Autonomous Enterprise at SAP Sapphire 2026, where AI transforms how people and processes work by automating end-to-end workflows while keeping humans in control. The company announced Joule Work, a dynamic workspace that delegates execution to AI agents while keeping people focused on outcomes, reducing manual coordination across systems.
The SAP Autonomous Suite spans five domains-finance, spend, supply chain, human capital management, and customer experience-operating as a unified system with AI recommendations grounded in real business context. SAP also launched the SAP Business AI Platform with Joule Studio for building and managing the full lifecycle of AI agents, emphasizing governance and compliance at enterprise scale.
