SAP is reimagining its 30-year-old certification program to meet the demands of an AI-driven workplace, replacing multiple-choice exams with scenario-based and system-based assessments that allow candidates to use AI tools.
The company is simultaneously transforming SAP Learning Hub with AI-powered features including interactive content in 80+ languages, AI-generated podcasts and study guides, and partnerships with companies like Accenture LearnVantage to scale access.
SAP has committed to equipping 12 million people with AI-ready skills by 2030, with participation in SAP learning already increasing 33% year-over-year, reflecting a fundamental shift toward continuous, embedded learning that prioritizes the ability to apply technology with purpose.
