Permiso Security Adds Ability to Discover and Secure AI Agents

Permiso Security today revealed it has extended its identity management platform to include an ability to discover artificial intelligence (AI) agents and the runtime environments on which they are deployed.
The extension to the Permiso Security platform makes it possible to maintain continuous visibility into agent runs, events, tool calls, data access, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and the underlying infrastructure being relied on.
Jason Martin, co-CEO of Permiso Security, said that as AI agents continue to evolve into digital workers, the need to be able to discover every managed and unmanaged AI agent has become crucial. AI agents operate in real time, making context-dependent decisions across tools, data stores, and downstream systems in milliseconds.
