Supermicro launches 12 new server platforms with Intel Xeon 6+ processors offering up to 576 efficiency cores per server for improved performance and energy efficiency.
Supermicro announced 12 new server platforms optimized for Intel Xeon 6+ processors, featuring up to 288 efficiency cores per socket and delivering improved performance-per-watt for high-density cloud and enterprise environments.
The new systems across Hyper, SuperBlade, FlexTwin, and GrandTwin families can achieve up to 576 efficiency cores per server, dramatically improving performance-per-watt while reducing time-to-deployment, TCO, and energy consumption. Intel Xeon 6+ processors offer double the core count, up to 17% higher instructions per clock, five times more last-level cache, and 25% faster memory support compared to previous generations.
These solutions are optimized for cloud-native workloads, virtualization, 5G analytics, content delivery, and other throughput-intensive applications in large-scale data centers.
