HPE launches ProLiant DL394 Gen12 server with NVIDIA Vera CPU designed for agentic AI workloads.
HPE announced the ProLiant Compute DL394 Gen12, a 2U server built around the NVIDIA Vera CPU, designed to support emerging agentic AI and data-intensive workloads with high memory bandwidth and low latency.
The platform features a monolithic Vera CPU architecture that avoids NUMA-related latency variability, LPDDR5X memory delivering up to 1.2TB/s bandwidth, and HPE's security stack including Silicon Root of Trust and quantum-resistant cryptography support. The system integrates HPE Compute Ops Management for AI-driven infrastructure monitoring and automation across distributed deployments.
The launch is supported by collaboration with NVIDIA and Redpanda, with the New York Stock Exchange as an early adopter for agentic AI infrastructure. The DL394 Gen12 is expected to be available in fall 2026 as part of the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio.
