Glean has launched Snowflake in Glean Assistant, allowing employees to query structured data from Snowflake using natural language without SQL knowledge. The integration leverages Snowflake Cortex Analyst to translate queries while combining results with unstructured enterprise context from documents, tickets, and chats for comprehensive answers.
The solution maintains security by respecting existing permissions and governance models, ensuring self-serve data access remains fully controlled. Glean was also named the 2026 AMER Snowflake Product Innovation Partner of the Year, recognizing the partnership's goal of making critical company data accessible to all employees in their existing workflows.
