Cisco has announced Cisco Cloud Control and AgenticOps at Cisco Live 2026 to address the complexity of managing fragmented IT environments across networking, security, and infrastructure.
The platform creates a shared operational foundation that gives both human operators and AI agents access to the same context and signals across all IT domains, eliminating the need for disconnected management tools and silos.
Central to the solution is the AgenticOps operating model and AI Canvas, which enables cross-domain collaboration where AI agents propose actions while human operators maintain oversight and approval authority. By consolidating identity, governance, and administration into a unified platform that extends to over 50 third-party tools, Cisco Cloud Control enables enterprises to move from isolated automation efforts to repeatable, scalable AI-powered operations.
