Cursor launches Organizations feature for Enterprise customers to manage multiple teams with separate budgets, security, and governance controls.
Cursor has introduced Organizations, a new hierarchical structure for Enterprise customers that enables management of multiple teams from a single dashboard. The feature allows administrators to set separate budgets for different teams, control model access by user cohorts, create sandbox environments for testing, and view consolidated usage analytics across the entire company.
Organizations serve as a top-level container, with Teams operating as department or subsidiary units, and Groups providing lightweight user cohorts with granular access controls. Early adopters have used the feature for sandboxing new Cursor features before broader rollout, segmenting model access and budgets by function, and managing identity and membership at scale through identity providers and SCIM directory sources.
