Genpact and Databricks built an operational workbench that sits directly on Unity Catalog gold views, providing billers with purpose-built features including a denials queue, remittance drawer, timely-filing alerts, and one-click appeal drafting.
The solution integrates Claude via Databricks Foundation Model APIs to auto-draft appeal letters by reading CARC codes, reviewing clinical documentation, and pulling original claims data. The workbench includes six core views for managing claims, enrollment, and floor operations, with full audit logging and HIPAA compliance. Users can test the solution on their own data with a two-week deployment timeline.
