HPE adds NFS file support to Alletra Storage MP X10000 via CSI Driver 3.2.0 for unified cloud-native AI storage.
HPE introduced NFS protocol support for its Alletra Storage MP X10000 object storage platform, combined with the HPE CSI Driver for Kubernetes 3.2.0.
This lets customers deploy both object and file storage on a single unified platform optimized for Kubernetes and AI-native workflows.
The CSI Driver simplifies integration by translating Kubernetes operations to platform-specific APIs through a modular Container Storage Provider architecture.
The release adds ecosystem support for Kubernetes 1.35-1.36 and Red Hat OpenShift 4.21, plus a new Spectro Cloud integration for edge deployments. Security enhancements and robustness improvements to Active Peer Persistence were also included.
