Damian Leach, recently appointed chief AI and digital officer at corporate services provider Vistra, is overseeing development of a unified digital platform to consolidate the company's tax, payroll, fund, and entity management services.
The platform aims to give clients a single interface accessing multiple products while leveraging embedded AI to improve data quality and deliver intelligent insights. Leach emphasizes that the real benefit is improving the client experience through better access to business data rather than merely automating processes.
With 450 tech staff, he is pursuing a grassroots innovation strategy to upskill employees and partnering with universities for new talent, particularly in Singapore's supportive AI ecosystem. The company plans a major market rollout by year-end with bi-weekly agile feature releases.
