AWS adds web search to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore so AI agents can ground responses in current web knowledge.
AWS announced a new web search capability for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, enabling AI agents to access current and accurate information from the web. The feature lets agents ground their responses in up-to-date external knowledge rather than relying solely on training data or static sources.
This helps reduce stale or inaccurate outputs in agentic applications. The capability extends AgentCore's tooling for building production-grade AI agents on AWS.
