AWS Security Agent adds threat modeling, Kiro integration, and a Claude Code plugin to strengthen code security.
AWS expanded the AWS Security Agent with new capabilities including threat modeling, Kiro power integration, and a Claude Code plugin. The additions help teams identify and remediate security issues earlier in development through automated code scanning and analysis.
Threat modeling support enables proactive assessment of potential vulnerabilities in application designs. The enhancements integrate security more deeply into developer workflows on AWS.
