Databricks introduces CustomerLake, an agentic customer data platform embedded in the Lakehouse.
Databricks announced CustomerLake, a Customer Data Platform natively integrated into its Lakehouse, removing the need for a separate CDP system. The platform features Profile Agents for unifying customer data and Campaign Agents for automating audience building and personalization.
By embedding CDP capabilities directly where customer data and AI models already reside, CustomerLake aims to enable continuous, agent-driven customer engagement without creating new data silos.
