HPE, Vultr Go All In on AI Inference Data Center Growth
Data Center Knowledge, Wednesday, June 17th, 2026
Vultr partners with HPE and NVIDIA to deploy AI inference infrastructure as enterprise focus shifts from training to production.
Vultr selected HPE and NVIDIA technology for expanded AI infrastructure deployments, marking a strategic portfolio shift for the cloud provider. The partnership deploys NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems with Spectrum-X Ethernet networking and HPE liquid cooling across new AI-focused data centers globally.
Enterprise demand is transitioning from AI experimentation toward production inference workloads, with organizations adopting hybrid on-premises and cloud strategies. Networking has emerged as a critical bottleneck for large AI clusters, requiring 400 GbE and 800 GbE fabrics.
Vultr operates 33 data center locations across 17 countries, positioning it for data sovereignty and regional deployment needs.
