Loake argues surging AI use requires smart, targeted infrastructure investment and that running real workloads rather than debating hypothetical ones accelerates learning and surfaces problems earlier.
He warns against bespoke "snowflake" systems, favoring standards-based, scalable platforms that avoid lock-in, and stresses that the conversation should return to time-to-value and the cultural change needed to get people using tools quickly.
