AWS launches a Context Service and AgentCore Harness to boost AI workflow accuracy while reducing token consumption.
AWS announced two major additions to its AI services at the New York Summit. The new Context Service leverages a knowledge graph built from datasets, dashboards, and metadata to improve AI workflow accuracy while minimizing token usage.
The AgentCore Harness lets developers deploy AI agents with just three API calls using micro virtual machines, decoupled from specific language models.
Additional enhancements include extended AgentCore Policies for security risk evaluation, managed Agentic Web Search, improved Bedrock Knowledge Base connectors, and Amazon S3 annotations for attaching business context to data objects.
The tools emphasize how data platforms and contextual information have become as critical as AI models themselves.
