Anthropic introduced Claude Tag, a Slack-integrated feature that lets teams tag @Claude in channels to delegate tasks and collaborate asynchronously.
Claude can access selected channels, tools, and data with controlled permissions while building context over time. Anthropic noted that 65% of its own product team's code is created by an internal version of the tool, illustrating its impact across engineering and other functions.
The feature is aimed at teams using Claude Enterprise and Team plans.
