Maximizing Uptime: The Power of AI Troubleshooting for Industrial Networks
Cisco, Wednesday, June 24th, 2026
Cisco introduced an AI troubleshooting agent for industrial networks that diagnoses root causes to cut factory-floor downtime.
Cisco unveiled an AI-powered troubleshooting agent designed to reduce downtime on industrial networks by speeding diagnosis of problems on the factory floor.
The ambient agent continuously monitors the network, detects issues, uses deterministic logic to identify root causes, and gives maintenance technicians actionable recommendations.
By reducing the need for expert escalations and compressing mean time to resolution, it addresses the gap between symptom detection and root-cause identification in manufacturing environments moving toward Physical AI.
The capability is delivered through Cisco Cloud Control and Cisco AgenticOps, with a beta program open to interested organizations.
