On June 22, 2026, IBM and the All England Club unveiled new AI-powered fan experiences for Wimbledon 2026. New features include 'Key Moments,' which explains how specific plays shape a match's direction, and an enhanced conversational 'Match Chat' assistant for fan questions.
IBM also modernized Wimbledon's digital platforms using watsonx and 'IBM Bob,' a development accelerator that compressed a months-long content-mapping effort into about four weeks.
The features extend IBM's long-running technology work for The Championships.
