Inside Black Hat Asia 2026: What We Learned From Deploying Quantum-Safe Security
Palo Alto Networks, Tuesday, June 30th, 2026
Palo Alto Networks shares network findings from deploying quantum-safe security at Black Hat Asia 2026.
As the official network security partner for Black Hat Asia 2026, Palo Alto Networks monitored conference traffic to assess post-quantum readiness.
It found roughly 80% of data remained vulnerable to Harvest Now, Decrypt Later attacks, while 20% had transitioned to quantum-resistant encryption.
The authors stress the post-quantum transition is an active, ongoing process rather than a future event. The post highlights both real progress and persistent cryptographic risks.
