Palo Alto Networks rebrands Privileged Remote Access as Secure Agentless Access for browser-based zero trust access.
Palo Alto Networks announced the evolution of its Privileged Remote Access service into Secure Agentless Access (SAA). SAA lets users on unmanaged devices reach internal applications through standard HTML5 browsers without installing any software.
The company frames this as addressing BYOD and third-party vendor access challenges through a zero trust approach. It also previewed an upcoming Remote Browser Isolation integration to extend controls to cloud-based SaaS applications.
