Red Hat launches a workshop-based Digital Sovereignty Readiness Appraisal with open source scoring across 48 competencies.
Red Hat introduced the Digital Sovereignty Readiness Appraisal, a workshop-based maturity evaluation to help organizations move from awareness to actionable transformation. It builds on the free Digital Sovereignty Readiness Assessment, adopted by more than 1,500 organizations since February.
The appraisal provides capability-level analysis across 48 competencies in seven domains, industry-weighted scoring, and a prioritized roadmap. Notably, the assessment framework is open source, published on GitHub under Apache 2.0, enabling broader ecosystem participation in developing sovereignty evaluation standards.
