Core components include golden paths, self-service interfaces, developer portals, standardized building blocks, embedded governance, and built-in observability and cost tracking.
Research indicates 90 percent of organizations now use IDPs, 76 percent have dedicated platform teams, and the tools market is forecast to grow 21.9 percent annually through 2030.
