The 2024 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Desktop as a Service report is designed to help IT leaders evaluate Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions to choose the right provider for their business.
Vendors must meet the Gartner Inclusion Criteria to be included and are evaluated based on 15 critical capabilities. These 15 critical capabilities fall under four Use Cases: Remote Workers, High Security and Compliance, High Performance, and Custom Enterprise Architecture.
Gartner ranked Citrix highest in all 4 of these Use Cases.
